Due to the restrictions as a result of COVID-19, we ask all clients to arrive no sooner than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. New clients will receive an intake form via email that must be completed before your scheduled appointment. To ensure all clients receive their session as expected, any client running more than 5 minutes late for their appointment will receive the remainder of the time left and be responsible for the payment of the service in full. If you are not feeling well due COVID-19 or any virus please reschedule your appointment. 24 hours before your scheduled appointment you will receive a COVID-19 health screening via email, please fill out and send back prior to your appointment.
Your safety is our utmost importance and we are taking every precaution to protect our clients and employees. We have also hired a medical spa director to oversee the spa and make sure we have the most up to date information on the situation so we can continue to keep you all protected.
